I sprained my foot ten days ago. It still is very sore. How long until I should feel relief?

For the past few days I have woken up with a dull aching pain in my heel. The majority of the pain is on the bottom of the heel. I have not done anything out of the ordinary, and can think of no reason for this. What could be causing this pain?

I have some type of cyst just above my heel, pressing on my Achilles’ tendon. It causes no pain now. But could it cause a problem later on? Should I have it removed?

My wife has what we call scaly feet. Is there any medicine or techniques to help with this?

For a long time, I have had lumps on the bottom of one foot in the arch area, toward the inner half of my foot. They are the size of marbles. I don’t think they are getting larger. But now I get pain in that area when walking or if I stand for a long time

I have heel spurs. The pain is under control, but I worry about this getting worse. What causes heel spurs? Is it caused by ingesting too much calcium? How about a vitamin deficiency?
