This icy blend of fruits and juice is sure to refresh.
1 large, ripe mango
1 large banana
1 C. 100 percent grapefruit juice
1/2 C. non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/8 t. grated nutmeg
1 1/2 C. ice
sweetener as needed: about 1 to 2 t. sugar or equivalent artificial sweetener
- Peel mango over bowl to catch the juices. Then, use paring knife to slice flesh away from stone.
- Add ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. Sweeten to taste.
