It may not get the heart-pumping press of running or cycling, but a set of well-played tennis can get your heart rate to its target zone in a matter of minutes and burn more than 500 calories in an hour. Considering that amateur players can hit the ball at about 50 miles per hour, you can also get a pretty good upper body workout. Here's how to put every minute and point to your advantage.
