1 1/2 T. vegetable oil
1 1/4 C. finely chopped celery with leaves
1 1/2 C. finely chopped onion
1 C. water
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 C. orange juice
dash hot sauce
1 C. long-grain white rice, uncooked
1/4 C. slivered almonds
