Use our printable sheets below to help prepare for your child's routine checkups. Although there is much that the doctor will want to discuss, be sure all of your questions are answered. Write your questions down (and those of your partner or your child's other caregivers) before the visit. During the visit, ask each question and write down the answer. Make sure you understand and can share this information with your partner and your child's other caregivers.
