Headache
Can you explain what an optical migraine is? I seem to have symptoms associated with the early phases of a migraine (jagged lights, visual changes) but never develop any pain. This lasts about 20 minutes, then disappears. Several people have told me I may have optical migraines, but I can't find this in any resource.

While 80 percent of migraine sufferers never experience an aura, there are a few people who have the visual symptoms of a migraine but don't experience a headache. This is sometimes called a visual or ocular migraine.
