Recipes from InteliHealth is a Palm VII Query Application (PQA) that allows you to browse recipes by meal type and ingredient. You will be able to look up recipes while you're in the market to find the ingredients you need. It's a great way to plan meals on the go.

How can I obtain the "Recipes from InteliHealth" PQA for my Palm VII or Palm VIIx?

Download Process Using Internet Explorer.

1. Download the Recipes from the InteliHealth PQA to your computer.
   (Attention Netscape Users)
2. Open your Palm Desktop software application.
3. Click Install. (Install Tool is displayed).
4. Click Add. (Open dialog box is displayed).
5. Find the ihrecipe file on your computer and click Open.
6. The ihrecipe PQA will appear in the Install Folder.
7. Click Done.
8. Place your Palm VII or VIIx in the cradle and press the HotSync button.
9. The Recipes from InteliHealth PQA should now appear in your application menu.
