I’ve tried to quit smoking three times. A friend suggested that instead of giving cigarettes up all at once that I try to kick the habit gradually. Which method is best?
htmASKTHEDOCquitsmokinggradually
Quitting smoking all at once has been the standard advice. But it is probably not better than quitting gradually. An international group of researchers and clinicians reviewed the data recently.
