I am of Italian descent with light olive skin. I have always had dark circles around my eyes. They seem to be getting darker. What causes these? Is there anything other than makeup that can be done for them?
My 9-year-old daughter is continually clearing her throat, especially in the early morning. Could this be a sign of allergies? She does not have any other allergy symptoms -- no sneezing or watery, itchy eyes.
