- Omelet on the go: 2 eggs (or preferably 1 egg yolk and 2 egg whites) cooked in a small amount of healthy oil (olive or canola), with some vegetables stuffed into a small whole wheat pita pocket
- 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt with 2 tbsp of almonds and ½ cup blueberries
- 1 whole wheat English muffin with 2 tbsp of peanut butter
