 |  Fruit Salad With Frozen Yogurt |
Frozen yogurt adds calcium to this fresh fruit fiesta.
3 T. honey
3 T. lemon juice
1 medium apple, cored and chopped
1 medium plum, pitted and sliced
1 large orange, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
1 large grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
1 medium banana, peeled and sliced into rounds
1 quart frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt
- In large bowl, whisk together honey and lemon juice.
- Stir in fruit.
- Serve fruit topped with scoop of frozen yogurt.
