For a long time, I have had lumps on the bottom of one foot in the arch area, toward the inner half of my foot. They are the size of marbles. I don’t think they are getting larger. But now I get pain in that area when walking or if I stand for a long time. What’s going on? Are these tumors that need to be cut out?

I have heel spurs. The pain is under control, but I worry about this getting worse. What causes heel spurs? Is it caused by ingesting too much calcium? How about a vitamin deficiency?
