Heart-Healthy Recipes

By: EatingWell

To be called "heart healthy" our entrees have no more than 3 g of saturated fat (except for fish, in which case 5 g is acceptable), at least 5 g of fiber, less than 60 mg of cholesterol and no more than 480 mg of sodium. Heart-healthy sides, salads, soups and desserts have 2 grams or less saturated fat and no more than 360 mg of sodium. So enjoy these delicious heart-healthy recipes—along with a good dose of daily exercise—and you'll be on your way to a healthier lifestyle!
