I am 65-year-old female. I was diagnosed with a blood clot in my leg while taking the hormone patch Alora for hot flashes. I had to stop Alora. The hot flashes came back. I tried gabapentin with no relief. Is there anything I can take to relieve hot flashes? I would prefer to get something natural or over-the-counter. But if I had to, I will try another prescription.
